Rellenar los campos que nos solicita el sistema.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1236\" height=\"624\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fiaes.org.sv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/ayuda-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-212\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Titulo o tema del ticket<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seleccionar en tipo entre las opciones: Ayuda, Consulta, Error, Mejoras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seleccionar una categor\u00eda entre: \u00c1rea financiera, \u00c1rea t\u00e9cnica, Reportes, Otros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Describir o ampliar sobre el caso que desea reportar<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Adjuntar imagen en el ticket<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La opci\u00f3n que se muestra para adjuntar im\u00e1genes puede variar de ubicaci\u00f3n dependiendo el tama\u00f1o de la pantalla de su equipo, puede aparecer en la barra lateral derecha o en el \u00e1rea inferior de la pagina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1800\" height=\"904\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fiaes.org.sv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/ayuda5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-215\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
